I have come across a volleyball specific training program that is producing some really impressive results. The exercises create an explosiveness and energy in the muscles that will take your game to the next level. Many players are reporting jumping higher and hitting harder after doing the workout just a few times.
Instead of losing, which would of helped them, the US Women's volleyball team played their best at the 2012 London Olympics. In doing so they achieved Silver knowing they did the right thing. This story was not told due to people doing the wrong thing, like the 8 badminton players who were disqualified for throwing pool-play matches.
